Where is my order ?
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email, once your order is dispatched and shipped there will be a another email which will include your tracking number. Please keep in mind that it may take the shipping agent up to 24 hours to provide tracking updates. If you see a " not found/error" message when attempting to track your package, please allow up to 48 business hours for an update to be shown. Order related emails can also go to spam folder, so make sure to check there if its not found in your inbox messages.

Shortest horror story ever. SOLD OUT ! Here at The Style Mixx LLC we try our best to restock on our best selling items, unfortunately that doesn't always happen. So make sure to check our website and our social media pages for restock or similar items.
We do offer exchange, within 3 days of item being delivered to customer , up to 10 for international orders, and this means items being shipped back to us and tracking number provided as proof , not us actually receiving items in hand.
Please note that if there are shipping cost associated with an item being exchanged, the shipping cost will be at the expense of the customer. (We do not provide return shipping labels). Proper details must be provided on the reason for exchange. We do reserve the right to refuse an exchange if item is damaged, marked or worn. No exchange will be accepted on intimate items, lingerie or under garments. Please contact us by email or telephone for exchange approval and exchange shipping address before you send an item back. Exchange is not limited to the same item you purchased. In some instances a store credit can and will be issued instead of an exchange, additional information will be needed and requirements must be met.
Unless making an exchange , returns are not accepted. No exceptions. As such we do NOT provide return shipping labels.
We do not offer refunds, we do offer exchange and store credit. Customer must meet relevant requirements.
Can I cancel an order ?
Unfortunately there are no cancellation once an order is placed.
I received a faulty or incorrect item
Our deepest apologies to hear that. Please send us an email to email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your package with your order and tracking number. Please attach a photo proof of the faulty item and the packing slip, receipt or invoice. Failure to report a faulty or incorrect item within 24 hours of receiving your package will result in our inability to replace or exchange the item.
