We do offer exchange, within 3 days of item being delivered to customer. Please note that if there are shipping cost associated with an item being exchanged, the shipping cost will be at the expense of the customer both ways. (We do not provide return shipping labels). Proper details must be provided on the reason for exchange. We do reserve the right to refuse an exchange if item is damaged, marked or worn. No exchange will be accepted on intimate items, lingerie or under garments. Please contact us by email or telephone for exchange approval and exchange shipping address before you send an item back. Exchange is not limited to the same item you purchased. In some instances a store credit can and will be issued instead of an exchange, additional information will be needed and requirements must be met.
Unless making an exchange, returns are NOT accepted. No exceptions. As such , WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING LABELS.
