Exchange and Returns for Regular Items
DUE TO COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING EXCHANGE AT THE MOMENT , SO PLEASE READ SIZING AND INORMATION ON EACH PRODUCT CAREFULLY.
We do offer exchange, within 7 days of item being delivered to customer. For customers overseas ( Outside USA), we allow up to 15 days for returns. Please note that if there are shipping cost associated with an item being exchanged, the shipping cost will be at the expense of the customer both ways. (We do not provide return shipping labels). Proper details must be provided on the reason for exchange. We do reserve the right to refuse an exchange if item is damaged, marked or worn. No exchange will be accepted on intimate items, lingerie, under garments or Accessories. Items must be returned with all original packaging that was provided, failure to have ALL original packaging may result in exchange being refused. Please contact us by email or telephone for exchange approval and exchange shipping address before you send an item back. Exchange is not limited to the same item you purchased.
Exchange is NOT monetary, you can select another item for same or less value for exchange. If an item is being exchanged and we cannot fulfil that order for any reason e.g sizing not in stock a store credit will be issued in the amount of the item excluding shipping fees, store credit code will be sent via email and timeframe to be redeemed will also be attached, time frame is usually 6 months. If a item is selected for a lesser value than original purchase price, a store credit will be issued via email for remainding amount. It is not the responsibilty of Shop The Style Mixx, to replace any stolen or lost packages, once a package is shipped and a tracking is provided. Such matters should be taken up with the proper shipping agent.
Unless making an exchange, returns are NOT accepted. No exceptions. As such , WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING LABELS.
