Please be advised that orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase. Express orders are processed within one business day, not including holidays.
Packages are shipped through USPS or UPS and does NOT always require a signature when received, if you placed an order and would like your package to be sent with signature required, please send a email after order is placed requesting that to , firstname.lastname@example.org , or drop comment in the comment section of your purchase.
Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.
Please note that The Style Mixx ships all international packages " Delivery Duties and fees Unpaid". This means that any customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not charged by The Style Mixx and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery or pickup. If the customers fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to The Style Mixx, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order ( not including shipping fee).
The Style Mixx is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by weather, unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses provided. ( The address customers enter at the time of checkout , will be the address we ship to .
Supporting documentation will be requested if your billing address is different from your shipping address. Any knowledge of credit card theft or fraud will be handed over to the proper authorities and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
Please be aware that once we ship a package and provide tracking , we are not liable for the lost or theft of that package in the case of any unlikely event. If such a matter should arise please make all queries with the shipping agent that was used.
Free Shipping applies to US Domestic shipping ONLY on all orders over $200.00 USD.
We welcome our Jamaican supporters and customers to shop with us. Another alternative for shipping to Jamaica is to sign up to local couriers i.e ShipMe , UnionOne, SSMC courier or any other courier that's convenient to you. Once you sign up with these couriers they will provide a US based shipping address, that you will provide as your shipping address at checkout. once that package gets to that facility they will ship to Jamaica , and provide you with a location for pickup. ( Please note The Style Mixx is not responsible for any additional fees that might incur once package is shipped from the US facility to Jamaica, nor are we responsible for any services fees, courier charges or custom taxes.

Where is my order?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location and shipped which will contain your tracking number. Please keep in mind that it may take the Shipping agent up to 48 hours to provide tracking updates. If you see a "not found/error" message when attempting to track your package, please allow up to 48 business hours for an update to be shown.

Here at The Style Mixx we try to restock on all of our best selling items, unfortunately that doesn't always happen. So make sure to check our website and our Instagram page for restock or similar items.
We do offer exchange, but please note that shipping cost will be at the expense of the customer, both ways, ( We do not provide return labels). Proper details must be provided on the reason for exchange. NO exchange will be accepted on Intimate items , Lingerie or under garments. Exchange must be made within two days (48 hours) of the item being delivered. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unmarked and in tact. Please contact us for approval of exchange and exchange address before you send an item back. (Exchange is limited to the same item you purchased).
In some instances a store credit can be issued in replacement of an exchange , additional requirements must be met.
Unless making an exchange , returns are not accepted. No exceptions. WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN LABELS FOR EXCHANGE.
We do NOT offer refunds. Exchange only, and customers must meet exchange requirements.
Can I Cancel an Order?
Unfortunately there are no cancellations on orders, once an order is placed.
I received a Faulty or Incorrect Item
Our deepest apologies to hear that. Please send us an email to email@example.com within 24 hours of recieving your package with your order and tracking number. Please also attach a photo proof of the shipped item and the packing slip/receipt invoice. Failure to report a faulty or incorrect item within 24 hours of receiving your package will result in our inability to replace or exchange the item.
